ARRIVAL TIMES

Please arrive on time for your appointment, no more than five minutes early. Jaz maintains a carefully planned schedule and arriving at your designated time ensures a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

Cancellations and booking fees

A minimum of two days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a charge. A £10 booking fee will be collected at the time of booking for each treatment. This will be deducted from the total bill on the day of the appointment. If less than two days cancellation notice is provided, the booking fee will be forfeited. The booking fee can be moved forward once if more than two days notice is given. Cancellations made the day before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% and no shows/last minute cancellations will be charged the full 100% of the treatment cost. 

 

Partial Cancellations

The same cancellation policy applies to partial treatment cancellations as it does to full cancellations. For instance, if you have booked an Art Level 2 Manicure and decide on the day to opt for a plain colour instead, you will be required to pay for the original treatment booked unless a minimum of two days notice is provided.

Illness

We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Should you arrive with cold symptoms, the treatment will not proceed and the full treatment fee will apply. Nail, brow and lash treatments require your technician to work in close proximity for extended periods of time. Therefore increasing the risk of illness transmission and as a result, causing salon closure which significantly impacts the business.

Appreciation

Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and self employed staff. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in the inability to make future bookings.
